优点是可以常温保存,加水泡发后,用起来与生豆渣没两样,豆渣粉颗粒更细小, 用来做饼干、塔皮,或是加入饮品中,豆渣粉会比生豆渣更适合。

So which one should I choose for baking raw okara or dried okara powder?

Raw Okara
