This is an extraordinary rice cake swiss rolls! Barbara has done a lot of research to replace the butter creams that are only available in Japan. With countless efforts, I finally managed
to find a butter that could be bought locally and still produce the same thickness and texture into the Japan butter creams. This cream is combined with the super moist, soft and elastic orange rice cake and candied orange peel as embellishment.
The appearance is cute, the layers rich and the taste is perfectly balanced!
