Wasanbon sugar is regarded as the highest grade of Japanese sugar
Wasanbon uses sugar cane called "bamboo sugar",
The production process requires repeated kneading and squeezing three times on the tub
Original hand-made sugar with complicated steps while retaining nutritional value
So the production is limited, and quite precious.
In Japan, the price immediately increases several times if the dessert is made with Wasanbon!
