是一款较有层次与酥脆口感的曲奇, 在面团里搭配了QQ的草莓果干&杏仁。它变得更有特色也很buttery.
🍓 【Ichigo Jam Cookie 苺ジャムクッキー】
自煮草莓酱挤上曲奇再经过烘烤后会呈现另一种不同的美味。烘烤过后果酱带点焦糖香&入口即化的口感。
🍓【Ichigo Jam Sofuto Manju 莓のソフトクッキー饅頭】
把果酱包进曲奇是日本很流行的一种吃法,
但要需要特别的技巧制作&注意温度。刚出炉吃的时候会很爆酱,冰过会是另一种特别的美味!
🍓 【Honmono Ichigo Cookies 本物のイチゴクッキー】把原颗草莓放上曲奇一起烤,冰过后吃起来就是爽快&满足!烘烤的时间与温度拿捏一定要准确,否则就会把草莓烤得包浆影响美观!

It's a special cookies with crunchy texture, Just right amount of mix dried strawberries and almond in the dough. It also has a more distinctive buttery flavor. It's less sweet treat that both adults and children will love.
🍓 [Ichigo Jam Cookie] I've always loved strawberry jam cookies, and after the jam is baked , it turns out to be quite delicious. The combination of caramelised strawberry jam and rice flour makes for a truly special taste and delicious .
