材料:
- 全鸡 1 只
- 黑啤酒 150 毫升

腌料:
- 黑醋 1 汤匙
- 油 3 汤匙
- 蜂蜜 2 汤匙
- 芥末 1 汤匙
- 番茄酱 5 汤匙
- 蒜粉 1 汤匙
- 迷迭香粉 1 茶匙
- 辣椒粉 2 茶匙
- 黑胡椒 1/2 茶匙
- 盐 1/4 茶匙
- 黑啤酒 5 汤匙

**做法:**
1. **准备鸡肉**:全鸡洗净,擦干,去除内脏。
2. **调制腌料**:在碗里将黑醋、油、蜂蜜、芥末、番茄酱、蒜粉、迷迭香粉、辣椒粉、黑胡椒、盐和黑啤酒搅拌均匀。
3. **腌制鸡肉**:将腌料均匀地涂抹在全鸡的内外,放入冰箱冷藏1小时,最好过夜。
4. **烤制鸡肉**:烤箱预热至160°C,将鸡放入烤盘中,每隔60分钟刷一次腌料,再继续烤约20分钟。

**Ingredients:**
- 1 whole chicken
- 150ml dark beer

**Marinade:**
- 1 tbsp black vinegar
- 3 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 5 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp rosemary powder
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 5 tbsp dark beer

**Instructions:**
1. **Prepare the chicken**: Clean the whole chicken, pat it dry, and remove the giblets.
2. **Make the marinade**: In a bowl, mix black vinegar, oil, honey, mustard, ketchup, garlic powder, rosemary powder, chili powder, black pepper, salt, and dark beer until well combined.
3. **Marinate the chicken**: Coat the chicken evenly inside and out with the marinade. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
4. **Roast the chicken**: Preheat the oven to 160°C. Place the chicken on a baking tray, basting with marinade every 60 minutes. Roast for an additional 20 minutes until fully cooked.
