Hokkaido white wine mussels
牡蠣 白ワイン煮
Ingredients :
Mussels - 800g
Garlic - 1 whole head
Hokkaido Butter - 50g
Pasley (finely chopped) - 10g
Hokkaido White wine - 80ml
Vodka (Optional) – 100ml
Salt - a pinch to taste
Cooking method:
1. Melt the butter over medium-low heat.
2. Add garlic and herbs and cook until golden brown.
3. Add oysters, white wine and salt and stir-fry evenly.
4. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
5. If you like the taste of liquor to be a little stronger, you can add vodka and light up the fire tobring out the flame effect... serve it with a full sense of ritual feel!
