Barbara • Nara's Asuka Nabe Recipe『芭拉拉•奈良県の飛鳥鍋』 作り方

Asuka Nabe – a Nara's specialty hotpot with Tsukune, mushrooms, and vegetables in a creamy milky chicken broth.
Tsukune is a generic name for Japanese-style meatballs. The minced meat (ground meat) does not have to be chicken, it could be pork or even fish...

Tsukune (つくね) Recipe :
Minced Meat - 800g
(Any Kind Of Meat)
Corn Strach - 1 Tbsp
Soy Sauce (Light) - 1 tsp
Egg - 1 Nos (50g)
Ginger Juice - 10g
Sake - 1 Tbsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Spring Onion - 2 Stalks
Grated Ginger - 1 tsp
Minced Garlic - 1 tsp

Blend everything until mix well then shape your meat with spoon and drop your meatballs into the boiling water and cook them for 5-7 minutes.
Once your meatballs are boiled, there are many different ways of using them to make dishes like Yakitori or Teriyaki... Etc.
