Steamed chicken rolls with Daissai Sake
🍶 鶏の酒蒸し巻き
食材:
鸡扒 - 两片
盐 - 1/2 小匙
枸杞 - 20-30粒
泡参 - 10片
当归 - 8片
獺祭清酒 - 10 汤匙
酱油 - 1 茶匙
烘焙油纸 - 2 张
做法 :
1. 鸡扒清洗干净,用厨房纸巾印干, 放盐抹均匀.
2.加入獺祭清酒,枸杞,泡参&当归腌制隔夜(最少3小时)。
3.用烘焙油纸把鸡扒卷起包紧。
4.大火蒸10分钟后,趁热切片然后用火枪炎焼。
5.把蒸鸡的汁,加进獺祭清酒&药材和酱油小火煮滚就可以淋上鸡肉卷了~
【English Recipe】
Ingredients:
Chicken chop - two pieces
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Wolfberry - 20-30 capsules
American ginseng - 10 pieces
Angelica sinensis - 8 slices
Dassai sake - 10 tablespoons
Soy sauce - 1 teaspoon
Baking paper - 2 sheets
Method:
1. Clean the chicken steak, pat it dry with kitchen towel, and rub it evenly with salt.
2. Add Dassai sake, wolfberry, American ginseng & angelica and marinate overnight (at least 3 hours).
3. Use baking paper to roll up the chicken chop and wrap it tightly.
4. Steam over high heat for 10 minutes, slice into slices while hot and then grill with a torch.
5. Add the steamed chicken juice, Dassai sake, herbs and soy sauce, bring to a boil over low heat and then top with the chicken rolls~.
