【黒松露の肉団子】
Black Truffle Meat Ball
 食材:
猪肉碎 - 120克
黒松露酱 - 1 茶匙
黒松露酱油 - 1 汤匙
黒松露盐  - 少许
粟米粉 - 2茶匙
做法:

将所有食材放在碗里搅拌均匀,包上保鲜膜腌半小时左右,搓成小団子或是酿成豆腐小福袋。加入盘菜或火锅都很好吃😋

黒トリュフのポークボール

Ingredients:
Minced pork - 120g
Black truffle sauce - 1 teaspoon
Black truffle soy sauce - 1 tbsp
Black truffle salt - a pinch
Corn flour – 2 tsp

practice:
Put all the ingredients in a bowl and stir evenly, wrap in plastic wrap and marinate for about half an hour, then shape into small dumplings or stuffed into tofu bags. It’s delicious when added to dishes or hotpots 😋
