海老の艶煮 Ebi no Tsuyani

🦐【海老の艶煮 Ebi no Tsuyani】🦐

大虾 - 3-4只
日本清酒 -200ml
味碄 - 100ml
酱油 - 50ml
中双糖 - 3 tbsp
水 - 180ml

1. 小锅子放入清酒,味碄煮滚之后加入糖和酱油。
2.把虾清洗干净,放进过去酱汁里面关小火慢煮15分钟。
3.把煮好的虾捞出来,酱汁隔出杂质。
4.将酱汁和虾放在密封保存盒,冷藏腌制24小时就可以吃了.。



【 English Recipe 】
Prawns - 3 pieces
Cooking sake -200ml
Mirin - 100ml
Shoyu - 50ml
Japan Brown Sugar - 3 tbsp
Water - 180ml

1. Put the sake in a small pot, bring the mirin to a boil and then add the sugar and soy sauce.
2. Clean the prawns, add them to the sauce and cook over low heat for 15 minutes.
3. Remove the cooked prawns and remove impurities from the sauce.
4. Put the sauce and prawns in a container , refrigerate and marinate for 24 hours before eating.
