ラブチェリーケーキ
The heart cherry cake has cherry jelly in the middle, sponge cake, and white chocolate mousse. Pistore in chocolate pigmented pink. There is a shukure cookie at the bottom.
Student will learn Sucre, biscuit, jelly, and mousse parts are made, and the characteristics of this cake are how to do the pistol work.
🍵Matcha Box cake🍵
抹茶ボックスケーキ
The matcha box cake has matcha sponge cake, matcha mousse, walnuts and orange peel accents. The surroundings are coated with matcha chocolate in a box shape. Student will leant Matcha chocolate tempering, genoise, mousse, the characteristic of this cake is the process of finishing in the shape of a box.
🌹 Canelé Berry Cake🌹
カヌレベリーケーキ
For the canelé-shaped berry cake, a raspberry and blueberry mix mousse is made in a canelé mold. In the middle is a blueberry jelly. After cooling, coat with red chocolate pigment. Student will learn Berry mousse preparation & The feature of this cake is how to finish the red pigment coating.
