Junko Sensei will teach student how to make this famous Rocky Iwa-choco Cookies, its made by baking thin cookies containing nuts, coating them with tempered chocolate, and adding different flavors (Matcha, Ruby Choc & Dark Choc) to each type. Unlike nuts with chocolate, the volume and taste will be improved. This is our most popular item in the shop 💕
