Junko Sensei will teach student the most famous Japanese shortcake present in mini size way. The inside is sandwiched with soft sponge cake and fresh cream with some strawberry dice inside.
It's a simple creation of fresh cream and sponge cake, but the fluffy texture is delicious and cute design. Junko Sensei will also teach mixing pistachio paste and fresh cream for half to give the cream some variety.
